We’re expanding our Deal Desk & Pricing Team to make sure we stay ahead of the competition.
We’re currently looking for a Deal Management Analyst.
As a Deal Management Analyst, you will be tasked with the following:
- Build, edit and trouble shoot quotes and agreements for $1M TCV and complex deals.
- Submit invoicing request, preliminary credit check, supporting documents to complete a formal credit check approval.
- Point of Contract for Upmarket deals specifically the larger and the most complex deals.
- Facilitate and obtain approvals to help sales close their deals
- Properly hand off signed contracts to the order management team for provisioning.
- Act as SME for Account Executive support/troubleshooting.
- Work with the cross functional team to drive improvements and reduce sales drag.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate should have at least 2+ years of related work experience
- Must be process, systems and product oriented
- Highly organized
- Innately curious and problem solver
