Giving back to the community is not just a once-a-year event, it’s part of who we are at RingCentral. We aim to create real impact in the communities we serve through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, and this year, we proudly continued that tradition with the Happy Box Campaign, and thanks to our incredible employees’ team spirit, it was a heartwarming success.
With overwhelming generosity, and compassion, our Manila team came together to donate a total of 802 Happy Boxes and helped provide meals to 501 malnourished children across three public schools:
📍 Pura V. Kalaw Elementary School (February 12)
• Happy Box Donations: 147
• Feeding Program Participants: 280
📍 Ponciano Bernardo Elementary School (February 7)
• Happy Box Donations: 148
• Feeding Program Participants: 168
📍 Santolan Elementary School (January 31)
• Happy Box Donations: 507
• Feeding Program Participants: 53
This campaign would not have been possible without the generous donation from our Chief Administrative Officer, John Marlow, which fueled the feeding program, matched with the unwavering support from RingCentral Manila’s senior leadership. Their commitment to community impact continues to inspire all of us.
This year’s campaign was made even more special with how our employees made it their own moment to bond, while others used it as a team-building activity, showing how kindness and collaboration can go hand in hand.
To everyone who packed a box, donated a meal, or volunteered their time, a big thank you to all of you. You didn’t just donate items, you gave hope, nourishment, and smiles to hundreds of children in need.
This is the power of community. This is the heart of RingCentral Manila.
