In celebration of International Women’s Day and Employee Appreciation Day, we launched two heartfelt campaigns that emphasized the power of connection and gratitude for the month of March.
From mothers and mentors to managers and friends, all amazing women were featured as employees joined the #FlexYourSuperWoman photo contest for International Women’s Day. Inspiring stories and photos of the women who shaped their lives were shared as the entries poured in, filled with admiration and empowerment across our teams.
Meanwhile, the #NameYourMVP photo contest for Employee Appreciation Day invited team members to recognize the colleagues who made their RingCentral journey meaningful. From supportive teammates to uplifting leaders, every story was a reminder of the strong bonds that fuel our culture of collaboration.
Across both celebrations, we saw the same theme shine through: people uplifting one another. Whether honoring the resilience of women or the everyday MVPs in our workplace, these moments reflected what truly makes RingCentral Manila special, a culture rooted in appreciation, inclusivity, and human connection.
