What I enjoy most about working at RingCentral Manila is the company culture. Each employee has made significant contributions to establishing it since 2008, which makes RingCentral Manila special. At RingCentral, no one gets left behind. We look after each other, support one another, win together, face challenges and changes as a team, and celebrate each other’s successes collectively. Through the years, our resilience and adaptability have made RingCentral Manila a strong, united office, earning us the reputation as the heart of RingCentral.

Describe a memorable experience or project at RingCentral Manila that made you feel valued and as a part of a supportive team.
Employee engagement is undoubtedly a challenging task, and planning the 2014 Holiday Party with a group of creative, talented, and hardworking individuals was a first for me—certainly the most memorable project I’ve been a part of. It was no easy feat, especially because I agreed to lead the program committee.
The challenge wasn’t simply to keep the party going but to ensure that the program was executed successfully, keeping the partygoers engaged and entertained. I remember being present at every practice session, participating in pre-holiday party events and activities in the months and days leading up to the technical rehearsals to ensure the program would run smoothly.
It was the first RingCentral Manila Holiday Party with the highest attendance from the Corporate Office, paving the way for more Corporate Office attendees in subsequent years. The holiday committee received great feedback about the party, which inspired us to organize more engaging events and activities for RingCentral Manila. This experience also solidified my partnership with the HR Team, ultimately leading to my receiving the HR’s Employee Service Award.
