We’re currently looking for: 

We are looking for an Operations Analyst to join the Professional Services Operations Team to support a variety of daily back-office transactions in the Quote-to-Cash process. 
Key responsibilities (but not limited to) are:

  1. Verify/process new PS booking orders
  2. Complete intake of new projects and phases 
  3. Prepare and process project/phase sign-off forms
  4. Process billing requests 

To succeed in this role you must have experience in: 

  • 2+ years’ experience working with SalesForce, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
  • 2+ years’ experience working with sales operations or any quote/order to cash process
  • 2+ years’ experience supporting internal Customer-facing teams such as Project Managers, Sales, or Account Executives.

  • Ability to be agile, flexible, and adjust as needed with a sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute a high volume of transactions with high accuracy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Detail and results-oriented; skilled at both planning and hands-on execution
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
