How can I refer in RingCentral if I'm not an employee?

You may refer your network by simply joining our iRecruiter Program. iRecruiter Program is a Non-Employee Referral Program which will provide the following:
1. It is a channel for individuals who wants to become independent recruiters of RingCentral.

2. It is suitable for people who have a large network of friends, relatives, and colleagues who are exploring and looking for other career opportunities.

3. It can serve as source of extra income for non-RingCentral employees. Referrers can earn as much as P10,000 for every successful referral.

Who are eligible to join the iRecruiter?

All individuals who are not employed with RingCentral are eligible to join. Interested members should complete the registration form for further checking by our Recruiting team.

How much can I earn per every hire?

You can earn an income worth Php 10,000 for every hire.

When can I receive my payout?

We release the payout twice – 1st payout of Php 5,000 once the hire finishes the first 7days of employment. 2nd payout of Php 5,000 once the hire completed 30 days of employment
