This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Partner Account Manager: 

  • Responsible for selling and managing complete range of RingCentral products and services with RingCentral Partners & Channel Managers 
  • Lead Qualification and Sales Pipeline Management 
  • Consultative Selling / Selling Through Curiosity when speaking with clients & RingCentral Partners 
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from the initial contact to securing the deal 
  • Present products to prospective clients & RingCentral Partners 
  • Provide professional after-sales support as needed to enhance the customers’ satisfaction 
  • Negotiate pricing & agreements to win more deals

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years B2B Sales experience, preferably Partner channels, resellers and or bigger clients
  • With at least 1 year of outbound/inbound sales experience
  • Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • 1 year of Sales Experience doing Outbound Sales and/or Inbound Sales 
  • Experience with Channel, B2B sales or account management is a plus
  • With strong telemarketing, telesales, and/or hard-selling orientation
  • Strong personality is an advantage
  • Amenable to work night shifts
