The origin of this celebration goes back to the historic 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan—when the LGBTQ+ community stood up against discrimination and oppression.
This global campaign now tells the tale of courage and resilience as people come together in an inspiring Pride festival.
New hire, new experience
Making a strong entrance, 20 out of our 181 delegates were newly hired—starting their journey with RingCentral by celebrating in solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community and its cause.
As a new hire, I've found this company very supportive of inclusion... I was able to feel the belongingness… Being able to show how we stand together; no age, no color. That’s why I brought my daughter. This is not only for adults but also for kids.

Today is the day we enjoy the rainbow! Joined by our very own leaders, teammates, their friends, and families. This has been the strongest (to date) alliance our community has showcased—marching towards a more inclusive future.
