Spark Joy holiday spirit
For the 2023 Holiday season theme, our Employee Engagement wanted to create a more meaningful celebration with the hope to Spark Joy back into our lives.
Upcoming holiday activities:
1. Spark Gratitude – Sharing our gratitude to those who inspire us. Thanksgiving celebration with our teams and US counterparts.
2. Spark Kindness – A season of giving & community outreach by launching New Happy Box.
3. Spark Dreams – Realigning our dreams at RingCentral’s Year-End Party 2023! In celebration of the 15 years of operations in Manila.
4. Spark Blessings – Our annual holiday gift distribution and Noche Buena traditions.
Gift wrap kindness
It was an exceptional #JoyousHoliday as we met and created beautiful memories with our 45 latest new hires! Their first mission: to Spark Kindness by wrapping the new happy boxes. Led by the Culture Council, all our employees have the chance to take part in giving back to the community and share blessings on Christmas day.
Welcoming them to our office serves a great purpose in introducing RingCentral Community, helping them to get to know each other, understand our shared goals, and experience the positive culture we’ve built for our number 1 asset—our people.
Although it’s great to invest in experiences, we highlight investing in our people through fostering the spirit of togetherness, support, and compassion.

The magic of the Christmas vibe tells it all. And oh look, our Christmas tree is up! Adding warmth and festive spirit to the atmosphere has transformed our workplace—creating a more inviting space for our teams to collaborate and connect, especially this season.
From hosting a live caroling concert to inviting RingCentral superstars and illuminating our Christmas tree, it brightens up our workplace, and we look forward to celebrating the holidays with the RingCentral family.
